Thank you for visiting the UMMC Alliance website. The UMMC Alliance is a volunteer organization that promotes goodwill and fellowship to the Medical Center through support of Patient Needs, UMC Chapel, University Support Funds and Art Acquisitions.
2008 was another successful year for the Taste of UMC! Thanks to our 2008 Taste committee, under the leadership of co-chairs, Jenny Mitchell and Barbara Rushton, sponsorship chair, Dana Ferniany, and chefs chair, Michelle Stringer, as well as the UMC Alliance Board. The Taste grossed a record-breaking $80,527 in gross proceeds, distributing over $75,000 to designated ares of support including ongoing areas, as well as new areas of support which includes: Heritage Wall, purchase of Infant Hearing Loss equipment, and Reflection Garden at University Rehab.
